Looking for someone who’s grown and easy going. My little sister is moving away for college *sad face* so I’m in need of a someone to fill her room. We moved in a year ago and love the location. It’s the perfect roommate style townhome. The available room is large with its own bathroom and nicesized closet. There is a half bathroom downstairs along with washer/dryer & patio. But no cig smokers plz bc of my asthma. Right off of Charlotte pike , considered ‘the Nations’ with plenty of walkable eats & treats.
