The house is bathroom. I'm looking to rent out either 1 bedroom for $ +utilities and maintain the third bedroom as an office/guest bedroom, or rent out both rooms for $ each + utilities. In the case that I rent out both bedrooms, the two roommates would share a bathroom. In the case that I only rent out the one bedroom, it would come with a private bathroom. I have two cute dogs, Effie ( yo) and Jet ( yo). No additional pets permitted. I'm hoping to find a roommate that loves dogs.
