I am looking for a back house / ADU etc with a kitchen and a bathroom for myself, my yrs old daughter, and her therapy/rescue dog We would like to be anywhere about miles within Redondo Beach/Torrance. My budget is very tight, maximum $ I can pay but have excellent credit . We’re respectful of the unit and make sure it stays in good shape.
