I am a retired math associate professor, a Chinese older man.I go Lakeview Senior Center Monday through Friday, and Heritage Community center Saturday and Sunday and play ping pong and pool 7 days a week.I have no smoking, no drank, no pets, no party. I am very healthy and no any medicine taking.I have no oil cooking, always simply water boiling, and air flying.
