hi! i work in a home for foster kids. very calm but definitely an ambivert for sure. laid back ab most things as long as we're communicating and being considerate. looking to fill the master bedroom, has a big closet and attached bathroom. located in southwestern sac, look up meadowview road. hoping to move to around the citrus heights area next year, if youd like to come w me ! i have a cat! :) i work swing shift, mon-fri afternoon to night time. my roommates are currently still living in it but the apartment on zillow behind us is literally identical! that i can show you (: rent is between $ depending on how we situate. water, gas, and trash included in rent. we pay electricity and internet! parking does really . theres one parking spot despite two rooms, you can double up 2 cars to it tho, and one of us can easily park on the street. ready to move in the last week of january, you can start rent on feb 1st. lease is month to month! x there is no in unit laundry, there are nearby laundromats tho! pets - no dogs, reptiles or birds okay if you understand circumstances and we communicate, one other cat max (small apartment) guests - i usually wont mind as long as it doesnt become too much yes alcohol, weed & shrooms. no to anything else, as long as things are kept under control and nothing crazy brought into the home disclaimers - 2 biggest dealbreakers, no food can be left out at all, and the toilet seat in the hallway bathroom closed !!! do wtv you want w the bathroom in your room. ig is lovebugprayers
