I own the house. It’s just me and my roommate. I bought the new construction home in August. I will be renting out 1 room. Males only. No pets, no extra people, no kids, and no drama. My roommate is a videographer and I am into sales. My roommate is former military. Very quiet neighborhood near the three major expressway since apparently this doesn’t let you use more than 1 number. Few minutes away from super Walmart, HEB and 2 theaters. In other words, right off the highways but close enough for any needs. Cibolo is a great suburb of San Antonio. Great atmosphere on the northeast side of SA. If you have no detailed description or photo(s), will not respond. Too many fake accounts on this . I use 3 other sites much more detailed than here but willing to give this a try.
