About me
I am new to AZ and the Tempe Area and AZ in general. I am going to be looking for a place to start Renting July . I am employed Full Time in Tempe near Rio del Salado & Smith Rd and looking for a short commute. I am looking for a house in safe area to park my vehicle on street. I am an early riser and enjoy quiet time before work. I am Single Female without pets. I don’t really party and usually get up very early even when not working, but like quiet time, so I wouldn’t wake anyone. I am fairly clean and clean up after myself. I am looking for a calm, quiet space to move in by July 3. I’m clean, respectful and work full-time. I don’t have pets but am pet friendly if you do. I don’t party or know anyone in area so there would be no visitors. I like to cook and maybe share a meal but would like that to be optional and not a requirement. I value my privacy but I’m friendly and easygoing. Hoping for an affordable place ($ with no more than $ additional for all utilities with A/C, month-to-month or short-term preferred. Please let me know if this might be a good fit!
