I am responsible, laid-back roommate, seeking the same. I prefer a private room rather than sharing a room. the ideal situation for me is to live in one room and have my own bathroom and you have your room and your own bathroom, sharing all common areas as well as the cleaning of those common areas. Parking would be a plus!
