I’m from New Mexico and have lived in St. Pete since August . I work two jobs serving one in St. Pete and one in Tampa so am looking at either for a place. I am very into the gym and fishing. I have no pets (although not opposed to you having dogs) and am generally a respectable and clean roommate, I will add I have experience having roommates from college. I do have my own furniture: sofa, bed, etc. My move out date of current apartment is September 3rd!
