Sauna in basement. Located near Eola & Rt in the good part of Aurora. Home is quiet, no guests without consent of roommates. There is a hypoallergenic very friendly cat in the home. All utilities included. We would like an eco friendly roommate- (no leaving water running for minutes on end, m or less showers... we are conservationalists here). Temp is in Winter, in Summer. We do not have parties. Everyone is on a pretty tight schedule here & prefers to live with someone who has their goals & priorities in line
