Twenty- year old professional looking for a room to rent that’s already furnished. Looking to find a room in the West Palm Beach, I’m trying get closer to work which is near Palm beach Island. I’m looking to move in by March, deposit ready. Pictures are amazing but I’ll prefer to look at the room in person before proceeding any further. I’m very respectful of others and their belongings, mannerism is very important to me especially with the line of work I’m in, I clean up after myself and help out as much as I can around the house. On my days off I love causal walks to clear my mind due to me working crazy hours most days I’ll be home to resting. I’m looking for a vibrant and welcoming couple or individual. Preferably a lease in place to protect both parties since I have background in real estate/ property management.
