Hey I’m David. I’m Hygienic, quite, easy to get along with. I work full time M-F and have classes, so I'm very busy and mostly keep to myself. That being said, really easygoing, healthy, and like to have a good time so totally cool with a less professional environment during the weekends. I grew up in Brandon Florida, so ive been a local for a while. I love tampa and look foward to finding some cool people to room with :)
ALSO i have a ton of trade experience. Something like a toilet repair is something totally willing and capable of doing. very clean, you can expect my personal space to be clean and hygenic, and you can expect me to help clean the living space we would share together.
