Hello my name is Kristin and I live in Branford (center of town) with my small dog Bella. I live on a quiet street, with nice neighbors, walking distance to town green, close to shops, a library, restaurants, and a market. I’m recently an empty nester and have an empty bedroom that I’m hoping to rent out. The rent includes heat, electricity, and WIFI. Parking in back of house, washer & dryer and a backyard with room for gardening. I work from home and I’m an artist as well, so I’m home a lot doing my thing and will have no problem leaving you alone to do your thing. I will respect your privacy. No smoking or partying in house.
