Hey Lovely people! As much as I’d rather live alone, rent can be an arm and a leg. Especially by the beautiful Southbay area where I’d like to be. I’m constantly either working, outdoors, or traveling. It doesn’t mean I’m never home, but I also can keep to myself in my room. Ideally it would be nice if my roommate was also a friend, but we can always just feel it out. I’m clean, dependable, respectful and have great communication.
