There are 3 livingrooms one of which is upstairs. 4 bedrooms total 2 upstairs and 2 master bedrooms downstairs. The room is downstairs. It has a mounted in tv w/ all streaming app already pre-programmed, walk-in closet, both AT&T (upstairs) & Xfinity (downstairs) high speed internet. ALL rented rooms are female occupants only. Huge front and back patios. All tenants have their own personal cabinets for dishes, food, etc; There are 2 refrigerators (2 tenants per refrigerator). Hot tub and huge firepit in the backyard, and the garage area is also currently under construction to be turned into a heated & ac workout room with workout equipment as well as a lounge area for when loud friends come over (lol). The kitchen is enormous and the laundry room has both washer & dryer. All tenants wash their own dishes and clean up after themselves.
