Room for Rent in a Friendly, Laid-Back Home! Hey there! I’m looking for a kind, respectful, and cleanish roommate to share my home with me, my super sweet and social 8-year-old daughter, and our small (very friendly) dog. About the Space: • Located in Goodyear • Private room available- unfurnished • Private walk/in bathroom • Access to kitchen, living room, and other shared spaces • Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking A Little About Us: My daughter is fun, outgoing, and loves to say hi with a big hug, but she also understands that your space is yours. I work full-time from home—usually in my room, but sometimes in the clubhouse if it’s quiet. We’re out and about a lot, especially on weekends, doing activities, hiking, or exercising. During the week, we hit workout classes after school and work, then come home to settle in for the night. What We’re Looking For in a Roommate: • Someone friendly, considerate, and easygoing • Cleanish—no need to be spotless, just mindful of shared spaces • No strange men coming in and out—this is really the only big rule since my daughter is here (if you’re dating someone normal, that’s totally fine!) • We’re open to socializing, and you’re welcome to join us for workouts or outings, but I also do my own thing and respect personal space • Move-in date: August 1 • Rent: one thousand per month that includes the electricity as well If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to chat!
