I am a Realtor/Investor moving back home to Jacksonville, in order to live closer to my grandchildren. Open to long term, if the situation is right. I respect all people in all ways. I have lived with male and female roommates of all ages and raised two kids by myself who turned out wonderfully. I prefer a private bathroom. I will consider anything quiet and modern.
