There is a full kitchen (with all the utensils and dishware), walking closet and a full bathroom with tub.The rent includes the internet and utilities.Laundry is downstairs paid thru an app or coins.Also, two people are allowed to stay in the place. No pets are allowed in the building or smoking inside the unit.Parking: there is street parking which you need to get a permit from the city but at the beginning I can help you with a free parking permit (free of charge).
