The last two tenants only used the door that lead to the bathroom and had some furniture blocking the other door. I can adjust the foyer if you choose to arrange your room differently.Property: is very well kept. My landlord is amazing and so sweet. He lives a few blocks away and is retired - can be at the apt within minutes. I have lived here for almost years now and love it! The place has a washer/dryer in the basement, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven/stovetop, microwave, and fridge. Storage is available in the basement and there is a patio with furniture. Besides the bedroom, the place is % furnished by me, but we can integrate anything you have.
