Looking for Chill Roomate

I have a non-furnished room available in a beautiful bedroom bath with sq.ft. This bedroom is on the top floor and goes for $. There is shared bathroom on the top floor (there is another bathroom on the 2nd floor). There is one extra parking spot (additional $) in the garage and then there is street parking (always a place to park). Utilities are split and are electric, gas and trash/recycling.This room will be available around the 2nd week of December. The lease ends July th, so this would be for about 7 months (there is no availability to renew, unfortunately). This is a super quiet and safe neighborhood off th (close to High Point Commons Park). There is a bus stop right outside that takes you to downtown Seattle every minutes. This is a minute drive to downtown Seattle and a minute drive to Bellevue (without traffic).About me, I am a yo straight male. I have had over roommates since I was and have traveled the world and experienced many cultures/ personalities. I have lived with all sorts of personality types and get along with pretty much everyone. I am very easy going, friendly and love to keep the peace. In my free time I practice hot yoga, gym, meditate, play music, hike, read, watch a show, play video games and spend time with my dog. I do have a hypoallergenic dog. She is super friendly and extremely well trained/ behaved. I am allergic to dogs/cats, so unless you have a hypoallergenic dog/cat, please don’t message me asking me if I can make an exception for your pet.I am looking for responsible working professionals who have had experience living with other people who can communicate efficiently. You'll have to fill out a credit and background check and provide proof of income showing that you make 4x the monthly rent.Please send me a little bit about yourself and roommate history, as well as any social media so we can exchange to get a better understanding of one another.
