Theres no furniture in the home yet i still need to move out of my current residence but there is a washer and dryer in the home, wifi, My ideal roomate: * Male* Job For 6 months or more with paystubs* Must be ok with dogs I own 2 golden retrievers. * Must have transportation* no couples ( no exceptions ) * no pets ( no exceptions ) * no kids ( no exceptions)* MUST provide government issued id ( i will need a copy) * Must be willing to fill out forms required by front office ( my front office has to approve anyone living on the property )* Must be willing to sign agreement between me and you for the terms of your stay. minimum 3 months maximum 6 months* friendly ( but no cigarettes) * I work from home so no loud music during the day or preferably at all* Rents a month plus half the jea bill and half the water bill for the month .
