Hello! We’re Suky and Collin. We’re looking for a housemate to rent out the basement for the next 6 months to a year starting November 1st or after. You’ll have the whole basement to yourself with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a big living room. The laundry room is downstairs, so we’ll come down to do laundry occasionally, but otherwise, you’ll be left alone. We’ll share the kitchen upstairs and you’re free to hang out in the breakfast nook or out on the backyard, which has a fire pit and a sunroom. We’ll keep to ourselves upstairs. I have a dog, Ava, who is very small, easy and quiet. At some point, Suky may move in full time with her two cats, but we’d talk about it beforehand. We go to sleep by PM the weekdays and both have professional jobs. We’re very clean and would expect the same, at least, in the common areas like the kitchen and the laundry room.
