Seeking new space
Hello! I am a year old professional currently seeking a new place to call home. I currently reside in NOVA / Alexandria, VA. My current living situation no longer fits my needs, and I'm looking to explore a new area for a fresh start.I am a quiet private individual, unlikely I will be using shared areas. Ideally, I'm looking for a place with just one roommate ( preferably not a couple ) I would appreciate having a private bathroom if possible. I am okay with dogs, but unfortunately I am allergic to cats. Smoking is fine as long as it's not excessive.I don't have a large social circle, so you will not have to worry about frequent guests or parties. My main goal is to find a comfortable, peaceful place to lay my head & store my belongings while I work towards moving into a place of my own in the future.Utilities included in the rent, I am happy to undergo a background check and credit check. I am also able to provide a landlord reference if necessary. If you have a room available in DC that fits the description and are looking for a responsible and respectful tenant I would love to hear from you.Thank you!

Clean, Quiet, Working Professional
Clean, quiet, but sociable, working professional, looking for a budget, friendly rooming situation while here in Washington DC for the next ten months for work. I do travel fairly frequently for work. My home, my husband, and my dogs are all still in Atlanta and I will be moving back there as soon as my position opens up. I love animals of all kinds, but definitely looking for a non-smoking situation. I enjoy hiking, yoga, working out, and camping. I frequently go camping, and love to visit museums and historical sites. Hopefully I sound like the type of person you’re looking for as a roommate.
