Bedroom can be available already furnished for $ non refundable deposit, I also can do a $ refundable deposit with a day notice, with an unfurnished bedroom. WiFi is included in rent, utilities are $ a month. Street parking, I live on a decently quiet road. House coming with its own heating system, it does not have ac. I will supply a window ac unit during summer.
