Double room to rent - East Belfast
Hello! My name is Colleen and I live in a lovely terraced house in East Belfast - very close to Ballyhack & Belmont Road. My lovely roommate has recently bought a flat and will be sadly moving out at the end of November. I would love to fill her room with someone likeminded and similar to myself. I’m an easygoing girl who enjoys socialising, nights in/out, walking, running and travelling. I like to live in a clean and tidy space and keep the house looking well. Hoping you will too!Moving on to the house. It was recently renovated and the landlord has done such a good job! New kitchen, bathroom and appliances. Nice and modern feel to the house! The room is lovely and comes with a double bed/ wardrobe. Bills are not included in the rent. Gas/ electric are paid quarterly and so is the tv licence. The internet is paid monthly. You would just need to transfer the money when needed. The rent is £ and the deposit is £. Let me know if you’re interested. Looking forward to hearing back.
