I have an apartment available to move in immediately. 1 bedroom w/private bathroom (in a bathroom) my other female roommate will still live there. She’s really nice and quiet. Rent includes: parking, high speed internet, water, valet trash pickup. Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, glass top oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, garage disposal. Electric is separate (my Nov bill was $). Clubhouse 1 minute walk: hour gym, tanning bed, business center with free printer to use, game room with pool table, etc, study lounge. Appalcart comes right out front (purple bus). Also have outdoor sitting are with tables, umbrellas and grills at clubhouse. The roommate does not have a pet but you can bring a cat/dog for additional monthly fee. Onsite dog park. Garages and storage is available onsite for additional fee. Move in immediately and move out end of July. Can also renew for next year. There is an application fee. But not sure how much it is. 5 drive to App State Campus.
