Room for rent on third floor, room unfurnished, the room won’t be available till the beginning of November. Looking for an honest, tidy, kind tenant to share my home. This room is small and unfurnished but has hard wood floors and two windows. There is no closet but there is an alcove for a floor to ceiling shelf or hanging rod. If this room is a bit small once you are in the house tenants have first dibs on moving to any room that opens up. There is a shared kitchen (furnished), dining room and living room. We are drama free respectful folk with a quiet but friendly home on half acre so lots of outdoor space including a firepit. There is a visiting miniature horse, Prince, and two free range chickens on property. Powell Butte with miles of walking paths is across the street and are three blocks from Gresham. There is parking at the end of the drive and we are three doors down from the Powell bus stop. One person per room and no sleep overs in room but there is a couch for the occasional guest. Safeway is a 3 minute drive and Fred Meyers is about 5 minutes away.Kitchen is large with granite countertops, fridge with ice maker, all the gadgets and cookware you could want. I like to bake and will happily share whatever I make.House has central heating, but you'll probably want to consider a portable AC unit for summer. There is a lovely front porch and a decently sized front yard. I have some plantings including a strawberry patch. Feel free to plant whatever you want in Spring.There is plenty of street parking as well as a driveway which you're welcome to use.Utilities are about $ per month (electric, fiber internet, gas, trash and water).
