You will have your own private entrance, patio and gardening area, in addition to full access to the living room and common areas. The bathroom, with a beautiful shower, is right next to your room; and the washer and dryer is directly down the hall. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to meal prep, store your food and clean your dishes with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living room TV has Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc.; which you will also have full access to. The community is so close to the beach that we have a key to go from the complex to the beach and back. There’s a pool and jacuzzi and workout room in the community center. You can park anywhere in the gated community that doesn’t have an overhead awning. This is a great deal. Don’t pass it up!

For college or military person . Male preferred. Proof of income must work out of the home. Must like dogs I only have one unfortunately no more pets allowed. Must be neat and clean and know how to clean up after yourself. Laundry privileges. Light cooking no cooking with grease. Utilities will be split three ways. So it we’ll not be that much.no smoking. No drugs no excessive drinking. This is not a party house. No overnight guest. We are a drama free house so we are looking for the right fit.
