The room is oceanside with high ceilings, large window giving a great breeze, lots of light, and a big closet. It easily fits a queen and can fit a king. The bathroom is right next to it with full tub/shower and amazing water pressure. The condo is in a highly secured 9 unit building with elevator, stairs, and laundry room. You would have a large room with a big closet, and the 2nd bathroom is all yours! The living room is furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary tools. There is also a furnished patio overlooking the marina. You'll only need to bring your own bedroom furniture.There is a washer and dryer inside the unit which is AMAZING. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage for two people. The apartment complex has access to pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a safe walkable area. We're about a minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the beach. My apartment is very cozy and peaceful, just the way I like it! I think it's super important to have a safe, quiet, peaceful place to come home to, where you can relax and rest.

Wonderful weather year-round.This is a free-standing bungalow and the deck is a peaceful, private space that would be all yours. Water and garbage are paid for. I have Frontier fiber optic internet and gas and power bills are minimal as the place is small.The price is due to the fact that you would basically have the place to yourself. When in Los Angeles, I work over twelve hours a day at my company in Culver City. I am never in LA on the weekends due to the fact my family lives outside of the city and I spend weekends there.You can fully furnish the place if you prefer; my only possessions would be in one of the bedrooms. The rest of the place would be yours.Looking for someone ideally in the entertainment industry who is driven and not a partier. The beach is less than a minute walk so if you surf, it’s ideal.The kitchen is small, but has a full oven and lots of cabinetry. I don’t cook so I would be taking just a little room in the fridge.There is no laundromat on the premises, but there are several in walking distance from the place.Street parking is very easy in the area, no parking permits needed. A block and a half from Windward circle and everything there; and of course- one block from the Beach.The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course...amazing roomies!! :)We are low maintenance, high respect people- and are looking for someone (all genders welcome) who can be fun and social, but most importantly handle their biz and be respectful of the space, neighbors, etc.You would be sharing a bathroom with Sarah-- who works in architecture/design, and is Super sweet, active, and considerate.
