This is a private room and bathroom with plenty of closet space/storage, partially furnished, with access to the in-unit washer/dryer, and comes with a designated parking spot in the building’s garage. We will share the living space and kitchen – I would be willing to purchase a separate full-sized fridge for a new renter.
