I am currently renting a two story house with two friends who are, unfortunately, planning on moving out soon. I need two new roommates to fill the space left behind and on the lease. We recently renewed the lease in September, and the property management is giving us the option to just replace them on the lease, rather than end the lease altogether. Medium backyard space, two car garage and driveway, though part of the garage space is taken up by included exercise equipment. Both rooms come furnished, but any included furniture can be moved to unused space if you are bringing furniture. I am trying to fill both rooms by end of November.

I have bedroom for rent it has 2 closets and can fit a queen size bed set in it. House has an upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has a loft with a couch and tv in it and the downstairs has a sectional couch with a tv as well. Utilities included in rent but subject to be more if there is high usage from renter ! Will have to pay a weekly fee of $ to use washer and dryer or can go to laundry matt

ROOM FOR RENT!! Nice size room with twin size bed. Bathroom right beside room be exclusively for your use only! We are a family of children In the home so we do ask that our tenant be mindful of that. Kitchen and laundry room will be open for your use as well. There are 4 dogs in the home. 3 of them are French bull dogs and the other is a bully. They are put away inside the garage. New pets are welcome we just ask to be mindful of cleaning up after your pet. We have a front and back porch that you are welcome to enjoy as well. Asking for $ payment up front and $ thereafter for each month that you rent. Quiet hours are from am. One visitor at a time is allowed.
