We have great amenities like indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, deli shop, summer place restaurant, salon and massage shop. All utilities are included except electric which comes out to $ per person only! The unit comes with 2 bedrooms and has a huge balcony. We have a view of a little bit of the lake and the street as well. Rent here is so expensive so this is a great deal. I work night shift at a local hospital, so I get home early AM and get up early afternoon. I’m a quiet individual. I don’t party. I often visit my best friend up the road and occasionally spend the night with her and her husband with my dog. So my roommate would often have the house to herself! There is a small garage I currently use for storage. Roommate would be welcome to that storage space as well!
