Private bedroom with lake view, fully furnished with new swivel seat. Private full bathroom down the hallway. Shared spaces: kitchen, backyard patio next to lake, neighborhood trail, clubhouse & pool. My fiancé and I are introverted and quiet most of the time, are clean, enjoy exercise, and have a regular sleep schedule of am. I travel occasionally for work, which is why we prefer to have a female roommate.

Large room upstairs with bed and walkin closet. Shared bathrooms and kitchen with large island. Table and chairs, grills & fire pit in back yard. Walking trails, fishing ponds, outdoor gym and pool (memorial to labor day) in the community.

Looking for someone that I can vibe with and maybe become besties with. Or if you just want a quiet space that’s fine too. I do have 1 dog that would be with me. So you must be okay with dogs.
