We are a young married couple with a dog looking to rent a room in our new home with your own bathroom included. Located between S Academy Blvd. and S Powers Blvd, we are near shops, restaurants, activities and are a quick hop to I-. We are drug and smoke free household, and respectful people. The room is available to rent now, the price is hundreds and fifty dollars per month + utilities (usually fifty dollars). Currently, we also have another roommate living with us, and he is also a super respectful person and keeps to himself most of the time. We’re either looking for a short term or long term lease but we would prefer to have somebody long term.
