The building is quiet, despite being pet friendly and close to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. (3 min walk from Russian River brewing). It is also only a few years old, and housekeeping does a nice job of keeping common areas clean.Your room would have a walk-in closet and small balcony, and the second bathroom would be entirely yours. I currently have some furniture in the living room and dining area, but your room would be yours to furnish. There is also plenty of room for some additional furniture in the living room, and I'm open to rearranging things as needed.About me: I have a 6 year old cat who is extremely friendly and social.
