It's perfect if you also work on the beach for the traffic leave and coming to the beach during peak season has made it hard for previous roommates to get to work off island, so please keep that in mind.You will share the kitchen, balcony and living room. Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out our spare bedroom. It comes furnished with a king sized bed frame and mattress- so no need to purchase or tote a mattress across town. The room is huge and has patio access. ***no parties- we are sober, so lots of soda water*** There are also two bookshelves (they have to stay put) and a rather larger closet in this room.
