I am gone for work half of the month and my kids are only home half of the month, so this is an ideal situation for a renter. I have a downstairs unit available- including a living room, bedroom with closet, and full bathroom. A garage parking stall is available for a small vehicle as well. I am seeking a female tenant, preferably with no pets please but a cat would be ok and I do have cats of my own. I am 5 minutes away from Southpoint Mall, 3 minutes from Genesis Health Club, and 8 minutes from the Union College campus. I do also have a jacuzzi outside that renter is welcome to use.
