The property is a new build in Koreatown. One bedroom in a bathroom apartment is up for rent. There is a shared clean, well-maintained kitchen and living room. The bathroom situation is a private bathroom unless there are guest at which point the shared bathroom becomes a visitor bathroom as well. The third bedroom is an exercise room which has peloton equipment, weights, and Pilates equipment for your use. The apartment is located on the edge of Koreatown. There is not a lot of parking however the room comes with one parking space. There is public transportation via bus and three separate train stations on the Wilshire corridor. The location is also accessible to local shops, restaurants and cafés as well as entertainment spot. There is one mid s working professional (female) living in the space. I have two small dogs that are well taken care of. I am seeking a tidy, respectful and responsible individual. The ideal candidate pays rent on time and is a good communicator. My preference is that this person is busy during the week with work and only works from home occasionally since utilities are included in the pricing. There’s no smoking anywhere on the property and especially not in the apartment (building rules not mine). The rent is $ a month which includes utilities internet and parking.
