I am in the process of looking for a job in LA, I’m looking to rent a place near public transit (bus and train). I am actively trying to move out of North Carolina by early March, putting my house on the market soon. I will be able to provide my own renter’s insurance coverage and my own furniture (bed, dresser, bookcases, etc.) I can provide proof of income.My cat is strictly indoors, has all vaccinations, and is very social. My lizards stay in their tanks and just do lizard things. I’m looking for a pet friendly place, obviously.
