The monthly rental rate of $ includes everything except electricity. I am years old. I work Monday-Friday pm. I do not smoke but I do casually drink on occasion. I have a dog (he is the sweetest) I am looking for someone to move in immediately. You would have the extra bedroom and shared space bathroom, these areas are unfurnished. The remainder of the apartment is furnished and of course, you would be welcome to anything in the living/kitchen area!
