My husband and I are looking for a roommate as soon as possible (beginning of January) We are both . And my husband works from home and I am a teacher. My husband usually is all the time in his room all day long. And I am usually away from :pm. We can share the kitchen , some of the garage space and the laundry machine/dryer. You will have your own bathroom that is downstairs and your room would be upstairs.
