(…Text me if i messaged you(, already for too many random apps not gonna sign up for another one… Hey guys, I’m Taylor, a year old guy, hard-working, single male, currently looking for a room to rent. My job takes me all over Ventura County so I’m not being too picky about location. I am a very easy going, laid back, and clean tenant, always mindful and respectful of my roommates. I keep my room clean, and I have a positive attitude which I’ve been told brings a good vibe to a household. Monday through Friday I am busy working, and most weekends I go to see my dog and my family in Newbury Park where i stay the weekend( most times),so you won’t see me just hanging around the house too often ,not much of a homebody. Always make sure to pay rent on the 1st, I have a steady source of income, and can provide references if you would like. especially when renting under someone else’s roof I’m always mindful of utilities. I use and do my best to keep it to a minimum, and I’m always available to help with any labor that needs done around the house if I’m not working. I do not do drugs, occasionally ill have a drink either dinner if i’m
out with people, but that’s it. my hobbies I like to do on my free time are fishing, hiking, and cooking, although when renting, I don’t cook too much just because I don’t wanna take up the kitchen. I’m looking forward to moving into a new place and meeting my new roommates !
