Please note that this room will be completely empty by July st this is the master bedroom I do not need all that space so I’m willing to let someone else take in I also personally do interviews either in person or thru video call I’m a nice quiet person I don’t really do to much but I’m also not a dictator or hitler so let’s have a conversation 😁 also this whole place is built by bricks so there’s soundproofing in this building you cannot hear anyone else like that so that’s a plus, parking & electric is included in this price above I have one more parking spot available if you have a car & there’s central air in the apartment we are getting a 3rd roommate if I cannot find one in time then it will just be me & one person. You also get a free electric bike first come first serve.
