Bath - ApartmentHi! 👋 I’m looking for a new female roommate to join me starting February 1st! The place is a -bath apartment on the second floor of a quiet building. There’s coin laundry on-. Your room comfortably fits a queen bed with side tables or desk and has a closed closet. The apartment is fully furnished, so you’d only need to bring furniture for your bedroom. The area is Marpole in South Van. There is street parking with no limits - I generally don’t have a hard time finding a spot. Also bus Marpole right outside the building as well as busses on Oak and Granville that go right downtown. Marine gateway skytrain is about a minute walk (or you can take the bus there from right outside the building) also tons of evos in the area generally. ✨ Rent is all-inclusive — utilities and internet are included in the monthly price as well as household things such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies. A little about me: I’m , work full-time as an Interior Designer and enjoy hiking, travelling, breweries, and spending time with friends. I also really value a cozy, quiet night at home after work.
