The condo is a spacious .5-bathroom home in Laguna Niguel, right on the border of Dana Point. You’d have your own room ( ft) with a full bathroom next to it, including a bathtub shower. The room is unfurnished - our current roommate’s furniture that you see on the pictures will be taken with him.The house has an amazing open living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen. There’s also a small patio, and the house gets tons of natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. We have a new washer and dryer in the house that you’re of course welcome to use. The community pool and jacuzzi are right across from our house.We’re a friendly couple, laid-back, and enjoy keeping a clean and cozy space. We both work during the day and enjoy our downtime in the evenings, whether it’s relaxing at home or getting out for some outdoor activities.It’s in a great location: minutes from Dana Point Harbor, Lantern District, and Salt Creek Beach, and minutes from Laguna Beach. We’re also super close to a -Hour Fitness and Trader Joe’s, both just 3 minutes away.Rent is $ + utilities. The lease is for months, and a great credit score is required.
