Hi! My name is Kayla, I'm a yr old woman who works in retail full time. I have a dog named Rhino, who's the sweetest puppy. My ex is moving out so I'll have an empty room, which is the room you see filled with stuff at the end, it'll be empty by October 1st. We share a bathroom but I'm super clean and it won't be a problem. I usually work mid shifts. I live 5 minutes from downtown and maybe minutes from UT so there's plenty of restaurants/retail/bars/things to do and see. Also an hour from the mountains if you like to hike. I have a big fenced in yard and roofed porch that is relaxing to hang out at. Also have a basement you can store things in. You'll have a closet in the room as well. I'm generally pretty quiet and just hang out at home. I'm a busy body, so I'm generally always doing something like a house project/outside of the house/with friends. I have ring cameras in the hallway and outside the front door for safety/keep an eye on my dog when I'm not home. Big long driveway for parking as well and all the kitchen stuff you could generally need, I just ask that you clean up after yourself at the end of the day.

My mom and I live together in a 2-story home of about square feet with a garage. It is located in East Brainerd about 5 minutes from Hamilton Place Mall and is in a highly desirable and safe location. It’s a very friendly and safe community, with sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for those who walk. Inside the lower level has a foyer, a very large space where the kitchen, kitchen table, and living room are, a bathroom, a separate dining room, and a Masters suite with a full bath and jacuzzi you’re welcome to use. The downstairs is fully and newly all hardwood. When you go up the L-shaped staircase to the 2nd floor the first room on the left or the largest bedroom would be yours and some furnishings are available if desired (a bed, a chair, a bedside table, and a possible dresser in storage). There are two other upstairs bedrooms (one of which is my mom’s), as well as a full bath and a large unfinished room we plan to finish. We have a nice screened-in back porch with a collection of water fountains always making beautiful music and a large level back yard.
