Some Rooms rented for $ are half of the size of a normal room. -Rooms for $ share bathrooms. -Rooms for $ have their own bathroom. -No pets allowed, smoking in the house, or overnight visits. -The utility bills are split among all the tenants. -Tenants pay for electricity, gas, internet, and cleaning. -Owner pays for water, trash, and landscape.-The rooms are ready to move in with fresh paint. -There is plenty of parking space on the street or private parking space paid separately. Requirements: -One month of rent plus one month of deposit required to move in. -Proof of employment-No prior evictions-We check the credit.
