Big room in modern house bbraudy gm

Hi all. My roommate ( year old woman) and ( year old gay guy) are looking for a roommate to take an open room in our rental house. The house is ba. Move in date is for November 1st, one year lease.House is open to any chill human who is pet friendly (we have 2 cats and a small dog), queer friendly and cannabis friendly. You'll be sharing one of the full bathrooms with the woman and there's a half bath on the main floor. The room is about with a large closet and a south facing window. The house has a large coat closet and garage for storage. We are halfway between Woodlawn park and Alberta park. Safeway is a 3 minute drive and Fred Meyers is about 5 minutes away.Kitchen is large with granite countertops, fridge with ice maker, all the gadgets and cookware you could want. I like to bake and will happily share whatever I make.House has central heating, but you'll probably want to consider a portable AC unit for summer. There is a lovely front porch and a decently sized front yard. I have some plantings including a strawberry patch. Feel free to plant whatever you want in Spring. There is plenty of street parking as well as a driveway which you're welcome to use.Utilities are about $ per month (electric, fiber internet, gas, trash and water). Water bill is quarterly but averages out to about $ per person per month. Our previous roommate is moving out by the end of the month so we're targeting a November 1st move in, but you might be able to move in sooner depending on her situation. (She is taking a room at half the rent. I can't blame her.)Please provide a little bit about yourself and we can set up a time for viewing and meet and greet. Please, no more pets and no couples. Fully finished one bedroom

Fully finished basement apartment with separate entrance through the side/back yard. bath, full kitchen with pantry closet, small laundry room with some storage space and top loading washer/dryer provided. Two full egress windows-one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom. Full closet in the bedroom with double doors. The flooring is stained concrete throughout the kitchen and living areas, penny round floor tile in the bathroom with shower (no tub), cork floor in the bedroom. The ceiling height varies under a short section of duct work that is encased outside of the bedroom (lowest point) to height in the kitchen area. There are just two sections of duct work (the one outside of the bedroom and the one in the kitchen). The variation is due to the floor sloping (unnoticeably) from the south side toward the floor drain on the North side. The majority of the space is roughly in height, so if you're REALLY tall, you might not love this. There is plenty of free street parking by the stairs leading to your entrance, which is keyless. The back yard is fully fenced (brand new) and there is a BBQ and some outdoor furniture (table and chairs, resin adirondack style chairs and a fire bowl that I bring out for the nice weather to share if/when burn bans allow. There is a vegetable garden and some established planting and if you like to garden, I'm happy to give up some space dedicated to that. The surrounding gardens are English garden style-beautiful flowers and plants around the front and side of the corner lot. Please drive by building first if interested in viewing please send emal with contact information.
