Morning light and carpet flooring, along with a large closet and bathroom with dual sinks and garden tub. No cats/ dogs please ( we already have furry pals in the house ).

The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, trash, high-speed Internet, cable, security system, etc)! The room will be available on and is fully furnished. You will have to share a bathroom (with another female roommate). I keep the common areas of the home fairly clean and orderly. I am quiet and very respectful. The house is already furnished and the room is furnished too but the furniture could be removed if you like.
