Additional Details:- The tenant will have their own bathroom (full). - The townhome comes with a small garage, which we mostly use as storage. Street parking is almost always available on our street/block. (Currently, we are not located in a Permitted zoning area, so street parking would be free.)- While we LOVE animals, we aren’t able to have them in this house - no exceptions.- Room is unfurnished.
